Andy began his career in Marketing all the way back in 2011 when his hair was brown, his eyes were blue, and clothes didn’t need Lycra in them to be acceptable workwear. 

Since 2022, he and a handful of carefully selected humans have been successfully ghostwriting for several CEOS and Business Leaders following his 3 years buried in the world of LinkedIn. 

Very quickly after starting Think Unconventionall however, conversations with our clients began to turn towards the larger sales & marketing landscape. Naturally, because of Andy’s knowledge having been in sales since he was 16, these conversations evolved. 

Then, as if by magic, a client asked if we could become a long-term support for their junior marketing team that had just completed our 12-week accountability course. A guiding light to improve their knowledge, help them introduce other key marketing elements into the business and ultimately, turn them into better marketers.
