Are you a successful small business owner? If so, you probably feel like you have a million ideas for how to market your business, without the headspace to execute on any of them. I know I’ve certainly been there many times.

The 1:1 Sounding Board for Business Leaders is a human-inspired, strategic partnership. Designed to help you make sense of the brilliant ideas you have and how to effectively put them into action. 

It is a 2-way, collaborative exercise, providing you with an outside perspective on your business as it grows. 

How it Works

First things first, you need to know if I am a good fit for you and your business. You can only enter into a partnership like this if the chemistry is right. The last thing you want is to get 3 weeks and start dreading our time together.

To help you make this decision, our initial discovery meeting will be an open and honest conversation about you, your values and what you are trying to achieve. I would then encourage you to do the same with me. What makes me tick? Why do I love Lego? What’s it like being an Autistic adult? 

And so on…

Following this initial consultation, the team and I will come together to create a bespoke plan, tailored to your specific needs. This may include social media content planning, email list building, video creation, editing and distribution, or a combination of everything. 

Next, we will arrange a second call to discuss the plan, make the required tweaks and agree on a start date. At this point, we will also agree on the retainer fee for our services based on our level of input.
